Program in Support of Development of Water Farming and Fishing – AQÜIPESCA

Strenghthen and modernize productive infrastructure of water farming and fishing sectors, stimulating competitiveness and sustainability, through financing of all items necessary for economic feasibility of enterprises, including those destined for production of inputs, processing, preparation, commercialization and storage of production.

Loan Program for Trade and Service Sectors

Implementation, expansion, modernization and relocation of enterprises in commercial sector and service sector through financing of investments and floating capital associated with the enterprise.

Program in Support of Northeastern Industrial Sector – INDUSTRIAL

Implementation, expansion, modernization and relocation of enterprises in industrial sector, including mining, through financing of loans and floating capital associated with enterprise.

Program in Support of Regional Tourism - PROATUR

Implementation, expansion, modernization and upgrading of enterprises in tourism sector, through financing of investments and floating capital associated with the enterprise.

Program in Support of Technological Development - PRODETEC

Accelerate the process of technological development, with emphasis on diffusion of technology, generation and incorporation of technological innovations and promotion of efficiency and competitiveness of industries and rural producers in the Northeast of Brazil.

Program in Support of Northeastern Rural Development - RURAL

Implementation, expansion, diversification and modernization of agricultural enterprises.

Program for Financing of Complementary Infra-structure in Northeast Region - PROINFRA

Implementation, expansion, modernization and relocation of enterprises supplying non-governmental economic infra-structure services, related to generation and distribution of power from conventional sources, water resources, basic sanitation, transport and logistics, telecommunications, installation of gas pipelines and gas production, through financing of investments and associated floating capital, as in following examples:

a) generation and distribution of power from conventional sources;

b) power distribution network expansion;

c) supply of good quality water for multiple uses (urban, rural, tourism, ecological, power generation etc);

d) transport and logistical infra-structure to facilitate transport of local production;

e) basic sanitation, including studies, projects and technology for management to increase coverage area of water supply and sewerage systems;

f) fixed or mobile telephone systems in communities;

g) exploitation of natural gas.

Program for Financing of Environmental Conservation and Control – FNE VERDE

Finance environmental protection items and productive activities which permit conservation and control of the environment, as in the following examples:

a) organic farming projects, including conversion of conventional systems;

b) collection and recycling projects for domestic, commercial, industrial and hospital waste;

c) forest management and reforestation projects;

d) alternative energy generation projects (solar, wind, biomass and biodiesel) and power re-conversion with environmental gain;

e) production of cosmetics, medicines and other phytotherapeutic products from regional flora;

f) wildlife projects and agroforest systems;

g) productive enterprises based on sustainable use of local biodiversity;

h) control, reduction and prevention of soil, water and air pollution;

i) undertaking of environmental studies, such as: Report on Environmental Control; Environmental Control Plan; Preliminary Environmental Report; Environmental Diagnosis; Recovery Plan for Degraded Areas; Environmental Impact Study and respective Report on Environmental Impact; Environmental Feasibility Study; and Study of Risk Analysis;

j) environmental certification (ISO 14000 series and green stamps) including consulting and technical support services necessary for implementation of project, as well as hiring of certification institutes;

k)environmental auditing and environmental management systems;

l) projects on efficient use of water and power;

m) projects for rearing of wild animals, allowed by prevailing environmental legislation;

n) environmental recovery of degraded areas, legal reserves and permanent preservation areas;

o) cleaner production projects elaborated or monitored by Centers for Celan Technology, including consulting and technical support services;

p) acquisition and implantation of protection equipment for worker health and safety;

q) implantation of Caatinga/Buffel/Leucena System – CBL;

r) acquisition of Brazilian utility vehicles, with minimum capacity of 4 tons, and machines and equipment, with possibility of separate financing;

s) floating capital associated with fixed investment, except in rural sector.
